We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@monis-outlet.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your request is approved, we will send you the return shipping instructions and the address to send your package to.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right — at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care and hygiene items (for health reasons)
- Items on final sale or clearance
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have (once the return is accepted) and place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@monis-outlet.com.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided it has not yet been shipped. After this window, the standard return process applies once the item is received.
